We got there eventually after a few hurdles. I found the team great to deal with and their willingness to work to make the sale. I love the apartment pants but find they are sided larger than I prefer so I took a 8 but should have got a size 6. I’m 163cm and 63kg.

Unfortunately not a good experience at all. I sent back my Home Lee pants in good faith saying that the sizing was too different than previous purchase. You came back and said that it can be usual to have variations in sizing which I find disappointing . Also accused me of putting marks on the trousers which I certainly didn’t do.,You ruled out that it could be possibly something that happened at your end. I was so certain the pants would be perfect fit so I thru the packaging away, so I bought a clean piece of brown paper & carefully wrapped them up & sent back. at my expense The outcome was that I was to blame for marks on the trousers which I absolutely dispute. Anyway your company has taken the attitude that it was my fault. !! Even taking the stance that you are going to charge me for your time looking into this. I have always admired your approach to order online & loved your product. Devastated that you take this negative approach to sorting the problem in a fair way. Pamela Pearce
