I originally ordered the long-sleeved miracle dress but when I opened the package it was a short sleeve one. I contacted Erin and advised her that a mistake had been made (in a very nice way I wasn't rude or demanding) and that could I send it back for the correct one and a colour change. She replied immediately and sorted it all out so easily and I was absolutely rapt with the efficiency and kindness of this process. Erin was awesome. And I got my fabulous dress. Top Customer service. Top products.
