This was my first purchase through BoxHill. The whole experience was great, I was kept up to date with expected delivery all the way. Alas the Elm Brunch Pants were too big for me so I returned them. Again this process was made very easy by you guys providing prepaid returns sticker. Customer service satisfaction 100 percent “orsum” to coin your phrase!!! I replaced the Elm pants with a pair of HomeLee Apartment pants. Again you kept me in the loop regarding dispatch and delivery. Sweet. They arrived safe and sound and I love them. So comfy. Would recommend taking a smaller size than normal. I am usually a size 16 but ordered a 14 which fit perfectly. Thanks BoxHill Team, you are the bomb!!
