Easy and efficient experience

Same but different?
Always love shopping with you guys and love my second pair of apartment pants ... but these ones feel like thinner material and slightly different sizing than the previous pair I bought from you which I wear all the time.

Great experience I had purchased 1x pair size 10 for my daughters birthday on the 29th and 1 pair size 12 for myself. Contacted Boxhill to explain I may need to return the 10 if the size was wrong. Most obliging. The 10 is now on its way back to be replaced with a 12.
